    Old Town Residences

Bringing Arabian opulence to the thriving downtown district of Dubai, this residential area revives a traditional regional heritage.

A tranquil oasis for residents with open pedestrian spaces, subtle lighting effects, exquisite water features thoughtfully placed throughout, and elegant desert-themed planting, the gardens and grounds shelter the development from the heavily-trafficked area surrounding the nearby Burj Khalifa and Boulevard.

    Swan Lake Residences

Swan Lake Residences is a large-scale world-class urban community, bringing to New Cairo an extensively landscaped public realm and a sophisticated outdoor lifestyle.

This forward-thinking prestigious mixed-use neighbourhood development with twelve gated communities is arranged along a generous tree-lined boulevard. Open amenity spaces and a pedestrian-friendly walkable path network link the various neighbourhoods and provide an environment for healthy social living.

    Victory Heights

Luxury golf residences set in a rolling green landscape.

Arranged around the 18-hole Els golf club and adjacent to recreational hub Dubai Sports City, Victory Heights is a residential community that provides a haven of calm and quiet for residents.

Cracknell’s design of the public realm and streetscapes lends a unique artistry throughout, achieving a sense of serenity and security. Rolling green hills of the golf estate are echoed thematically throughout the gated development, expanding the space and creating luxurious arrival experiences.

Enhanced walkways, children’s playgrounds, and large open spaces complement amenities including community clubhouses and multiple swimming pools. A cycle track – the first of its kind at the time – circulates the community.

    Tilal Al Ghaf

Set within a natural desert region, sensitive trails and parks integrate this residential community with the village centre.

Borrowing from the adjacent desert language, native plants and trees create a low-key place-responsive environment. Iconic ghaf trees nestle amongst swaying native grasses to create an atmospheric community landscape that embraces and celebrates it’s special desert location.

    Marassi Al Bahrain

Located on the purpose built Marassi Island in the north of Bahrain, this highly ambitious mixed-use development offers significant ocean-side public realm.

Festive urban spaces and streetscapes, public parks and a highly activated waterfront and beaches support a large residential community. Separating the Mall from the Sea is a dramatic Promenade. The VIDA and ADDRESS hotels provide elegant hospitality to the area with private beachfront gardens and pools.

    The Beach JBR

This bustling cosmopolitan strip establishes a contemporary design language with a focus on accessibility.

Millions of bespoke paving tiles are individually laid to create pixelated waves leading people from the city to the sea. Olive trees rise from reflective pools in a grand, programmable events plaza while an energetic buzzing promenade of pop-up kiosks & street performers winds past restaurants and sea-view cafes.

    La Mer

A whimsical, windswept beachside development with the feel of a coastal village.

La Mer, Dubai’s world-class beachfront development, offers an entertainment and dining experience in a charming seaside town setting. Three distinct areas offer recreational beach activities, entertainment, and urban dining, highlighted by a water feature and sculpture that mimics the motion of waves crashing onto the shore.

Oversized chains and oak barrels line timber boardwalk pathways, and a treasure trove of shipwreck-themed accessories presents an unfolding number of things for kids to discover.

Cracknell’s design draws inspiration from rustic seaside villages. Rugged, recycled elements evoke another time, and finishes are achieved through acid-damaged, salt-damaged and bleached techniques. Bespoke materials and furniture were manufactured and developed to assure just the right timeworn look.
