Careers
Our success is very much linked to our ethos – a genuine appreciation for the people who are part of the Cracknell ‘family’ and all the knowledge and experience that they bring to it; a gratitude for those who have chosen Cracknell to develop their careers; and a recognition that everyone has a life outside work.
The huge variety and often high-profile nature of our projects is a source of pride amongst the team. No two days are the same and opportunities for learning while working are second to none. Celebrating long service is a regular event at Cracknell, in which we take great pride.
Acclaimed for design excellence, each of our landscape studios is a hub of learning and development. Our in-house specialist knowledge and on-going talent coaching, sets the benchmark for team calibre within the industry.
We value and celebrate cultural diversity with over 35 nationalities across six international studios. Our varied backgrounds from around the world lend insight to our design process which helps us create landscapes with a rooted sense of place.
With an open-door policy throughout the practice, we are a group of global teams, working together to resolve challenges, to build solutions and to nurture a collaborative environment through an understanding and compassionate approach to all.
Welcoming, supportive and creative – we are a practice of people who love what we do every day.
