Cracknell has been appointed to provide full landscape design services for phase 1 of the d3 development, Dubai’s new design district. The scope of work involves developing the design concept through to on-site completion.
The overarching vision for d3 is to provide a high-quality, contemporary space that caters to corporate tenants. This stage focuses on creating seamless outdoor spaces which connect various buildings that merge with the ground floor interior, which will accommodate retail and F&B outlets. In addition, Cracknell are developing a flexible, predominantly hardscape solution that will be suitable for hosting ‘pop-up’ events. Phase 1 is due for completion in 2015.
