Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team, supporting various HR initiatives that contribute to our organization’s growth and improvement. Reporting to the HR Director, this part-time, flexible role is perfect for someone with a solid HR background who is looking to make an impact on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute HR projects, including:
- Talent Succession Strategy to ensure smooth transitions and development of future leaders.
- Employee handbook development to reflect our culture, values, and compliance requirements.
- Reviewing/updating the role based proficiency matrix to ensure it remains fit for purpose
- Career Pathway Mapping to support employees in understanding advancement opportunities.
- Coordinating onboarding induction initiatives to ensure smooth integration of new recruits.
- Driving engagement with performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including leading and executing projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
