    Kingdom Tower

    This tower is planned to be the first 1km high building in the world and will be the landmark centrepiece of the new Jeddah Economic District.

    Set in an appropriately scaled public realm featuring a dramatic fountain display in an extensive reflecting lake, and boulevards that radiate out to the city, the tower and its environs will be a contemporary reflection on Jeddah’s culture and heritage.

    360 Mall Kuwait

    A significant indoor summer garden, native xeriscape rock gardens and water features rejuvenated this luxury mall to offer a fresh and vibrant year round retail experience in a harsh climate whilst offering a seamless transition to the adjacent Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy and Grand Hyatt Hotel.

    By offering comfortable connections between adjacent major sporting, event and cultural facilities and adding dynamic landscape attractors and f&b terraces, new brand anchors and world class retail has opened in this verdantly renovated mall.

    ROSHN Front

    At nearly a kilometre long a cooling, partly covered landscape of plazas, gathering spaces and terraced lakes enhanced by vibrant lighting disperses footfall and encourages exploration, providing a high-quality lifestyle experience for visitors.

    With the KSA 2030 sustainability goals at its core, ROSHN Front looks to boost social engagement and outdoor living encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

    Msheireb Tram

    A regeneration project with timely consideration of climate issues, Msheireb adheres to the highest standards in sustainability.

    This walkable, shaded neighbourhood has a step-free tram system that is free to use. Creating a new benchmark in the region, Msheireb is a holistic development encouraging a contemporary attitude towards use of personal transport.

     

    Beautifully connected public realm spaces that echo the regional vernacular. 2km of tram line are integrated with the streetscapes without compromising pedestrian movement, encouraging seemless transitions that enhance community and connectivity.

    Al Seef Dubai Creek

    Al Seef terraced steps and waterfront landscape design

    Al Seef recreates the architectural heritage of Dubai’s local vernacular creating a public realm that that tells the story of decades of change and growth, and creating landscapes that evoke the past allied with contemporary styles of the present day.

    Routes link the heritage districts lying either side of the Creek, expanding on the character & experiences of the bustling and colourful souks of Old Dubai.

    Al Zorah

    Public realm masterplan and detailed design for Ajman’s 300ha mixed-use coastal community, including golf courses, parks, beachfront resort hotels, a marina, public parks and urban streetscapes

    This project included an ecological strategy to integrate with the existing highly sensitive mangrove and tidal areas.

    Za’abeel Palace

    The official residence of His Royal Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

    The Palace serves as an exclusive venue to receive ambassadors and Royal dignitaries. A wide open setting for the residence generously allows tourist groups to circulate and enjoy, while forming a fitting landscape buffer for the Royal family. 

     

    The dramatic and imposing formal landscape setting is carefully composed of ornamental knot gardens whose patterns are reflected in the paving, as well as colourful flowering pots, decorative lamps and strutting peacocks.

    Zabeel Park

    A prestigious gardenesque city park where visitors can take in incredible views of the Dubai skyline.

    Interconnected by pedestrian suspension bridges over adjacent highways, the park has discrete areas elevating the space to public art venue, sports activity area and idyllic boating lake flanked by lakeside restaurants, all within a network of grand open spaces and shaded allées.

    King Salman Park

    Competition winning design for a new heart of the city fostering Saudi productivity, creativity, and innovation for future generations – the park will be a destination that celebrates arts, culture, sports, entertainment, and innovation in a richly planted setting that will act as a green lung for the capital.

    The Park will integrate with and enhance the adjacent city fabric by extending landscape ‘tendrils’ linking it to surrounding neighbourhoods and, by the Metro system, to the wider city. The extensive open spaces will reflect and enhance local character, culture and planting, and provide inter-connected immersive experiences through visitor attractions such as museums and botanical gardens.
