Fady is Group Design Director & Managing Director for Europe and has 29 years’ international experience. With architectural and strategic urban planning expertise he brings a holistic approach to landscape design whilst never losing sight of the importance of detail. Fady has
a key overarching role leading the design vision for major projects within Cracknell’s studios worldwide, and lends a personal bespoke service to the design of signature landscapes whether for private residences or boutique hospitality. His guidance of team ingenuity and passion for storied design plays a vital part in the creation of high quality, site-sensitive landscape architecture that makes the experience memorable.

Mohan Baporikar

Mohan has been working in the irrigation field for the last 31 years with 27 years in the Gulf. He is highly experienced at designing, executing and maintaining many types of irrigation, drainage, swimming pool and water feature projects. Mohan is well versed in computer aided design and directs the team on irrigation and MEP packages. He is keen to use smart technology with the latest techniques in Irrigation & MEP works.

Mohan is an ardent enthusiast on the implementation of efficient and sustainable design practice within Irrigation & MEP works. It is his passion to adopt environmentally friendly design with cost effective solutions.

Al Badr Residential Community

Green walkways, shaded pools and gathering spaces create the opportunity for interactive community living, and for supporting healthy and active social lives.

Anjana Ranot V. Kumar

Anjana has 24 years’ multi-disciplinary experience in architecture & construction field in the MENA region and Asia. Anjana manages the specifications of all the Cracknell projects across the globe and acts as an advisor to ensure technical accuracy on the design documentation of the design studio.

Anjana is passionate about sustainability and constantly endeavors to create high-quality landscape construction specifications that comply with project requirements, international standards & codes, applicable laws & regulations, but still within budget and respecting environment. As an active contributor to Cracknell’s wellness policy and continuous efforts to help employees lead a healthy lifestyle, Anjana has been instrumental in organizing yoga sessions at the office, and spearheading sustainability drive at the head office by arranging paper recycling, holding sustainability surveys and participating in cleanup exercises in Dubai.

This tertiary care hospital adopts the ‘healing by design’ concept whereby natural light and gardens are incorporated into the design promoting a sense of well-being and calm for patients and visitors alike.

Micromobility is enhanced via the interconnected plan with walkable routes between therapeutic gardens and meditation areas, outdoor learning and reading facilities and enclosed meeting spaces. A series of treed boulevards reaches out into the wider hospital masterplan.

Balance in the landscape brings a feeling of stability. Considered form and texture contribute to a mood-lifting softness whilst carefully sited focal planting aids wayfinding. Through immersion in nature, patient stress is reduced, creating a healing and soothing environment.

d3 Dubai Design District Phase 1

In this, the first part of a significant cultural zone masterplan for Dubai, a community of diverse creative industries is connected by seamless paving expressing a minimal and bold aesthetic punctuated by street art and spill-out zones.

A network of outdoor spaces connect the buildings, creating a flexible canvas for outdoor events, installations, concerts and exhibitions, as well as for everyday informal activities.

In d3’s wide open landscape of linear paving with dark accents, bespoke outdoor furniture and clever integration of MEP outlets into usable gathering spaces, the space has become a vibrant and inspirational working/socialising hub for the city’s artists, designers and creatives.

Kingdom Tower

This tower is planned to be the first 1km high building in the world and will be the landmark centrepiece of the new Jeddah Economic District.

Set in an appropriately scaled public realm featuring a dramatic fountain display in an extensive reflecting lake, and boulevards that radiate out to the city, the tower and its environs will be a contemporary reflection on Jeddah’s culture and heritage.
