Thomas Wainstein

    Tom has 18 years’ experience in a variety of roles within the landscape design industry,
    ranging from luxury garden design & management to large mixed use urban design
    schemes. As an experienced designer with expertise throughout the design process and with extensive site supervision experience, Tom is passionate about delivering high quality landscape projects with an emphasis on community and culture.

    As a member of the
    Site Supervision Team, Tom manages projects, supervises works, and provides contract
    administration services during the construction phase through to handover and close out.

    Sebastian Joseph

    Sebastian has 25 years’ experience in the technical design profession. Over the last 20 years at Cracknell, he has worked his way up to Associate CAD Team Leader
    recognising his expertise in managing highly demanding and complex projects while
    coordinating multiple CAD teams. His specialty lies in AutoCAD from which he has expanded his skill base to include Revit.

    Sebastian is passionate about building
    and advancing each of his CAD team’s technical abilities, as well as guiding and
    challenging designers to use the industries’ latest and best technical practices.

    Nelsie Geografo

    Nelsie has worked for 23 years in the design and construction industry, 18 of which have been concentrated on Landscape Design in China. Her projects range from residential, mixed-use, commercial, institutional, and civic or open space which allows her to be flexible on any given design scope. As an Associate, her tasks not only include providing design concepts, development, and construction details, but also team management and creative problem solving to deliver bespoke and highly specific project requirements.

    Nelsie firmly believes that every landscape design project deserves careful attention and to be treated with passion, regardless of size and nature. In essence, it is the responsibility of the Landscape Designer to create habitable and accessible communities which not only respect the environment and practical needs of people but also importantly their culture.
