coordinating role between the multidisciplinary teams, leading projects to delivery.

He is well-versed in strategical design approaches and three-dimensional design development with a focus on masterplanning and public realm projects.

Javier has 12 years’ experience as a design professional in the Middle East and Europe with a special focus on KSA.

As a Senior Associate at Cracknell, he has a leading role in the design concepts of large and small-scale landscape and urban design projects across Cracknell’s
portfolio.

He has a particular interest in the tangible and intangible cultural values of every landscape and is a strong proponent of their preservation and reinterpretation as a vital component of a unique sense of place. From concept design onwards, he nurtures the
development of a cultural narrative that weaves through the landscape design and on to site.

Vera is the Senior Associate – In-House Legal Counsel at Cracknell. She brings a unique set of skills to the team, having earned her UK accredited LLM International Business Law as a German lawyer. Her six years’ work experience in the UAE provide for a deep understanding of the local market and the unique legal challenges that businesses face in the region. With her pragmatic approach and appreciation for the needs of the business, Vera plays a crucial role in advising on a range of legal issues, ensuring that the company’s operations are conducted within the bounds of the law, as well as working on facilitating the company’s growth opportunities across the globe. She is passionate about applying her legal knowledge to help further an innovative workplace that creates a sustainable and livable environment.

Anjana has 24 years’ multi-disciplinary experience in architecture & construction field in the MENA region and Asia. Anjana manages the specifications of all the Cracknell projects across the globe and acts as an advisor to ensure technical accuracy on the design documentation of the design studio.

Anjana is passionate about sustainability and constantly endeavors to create high-quality landscape construction specifications that comply with project requirements, international standards & codes, applicable laws & regulations, but still within budget and respecting environment. As an active contributor to Cracknell’s wellness policy and continuous efforts to help employees lead a healthy lifestyle, Anjana has been instrumental in organizing yoga sessions at the office, and spearheading sustainability drive at the head office by arranging paper recycling, holding sustainability surveys and participating in cleanup exercises in Dubai.
